What the service provides
We offer general information, checklists, planning tools and guidance. Information may change and is not a substitute for personalised migration, legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. Check important requirements with the relevant Australian or New Zealand authority.
Your account
Keep your login details secure and provide accurate information when using the service. Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with other users.
Premium Planning Pack
The Premium Planning Pack is currently offered as a one-off purchase for AUD $99, as displayed at checkout. It is not described as a recurring subscription. Access is linked to your account and is for your personal use.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the app useful and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every piece of guidance will suit your circumstances. We may update information and features over time.
Content and fair use
App content and tools are provided for your own planning. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute substantial parts of the service without permission.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand consumer law.
