We want premium customers to know where they stand before making a purchase.

Your purchase
The Premium Planning Pack is a one-off AUD $99 purchase, not an ongoing subscription. The price is shown before you confirm payment.
When a refund is available
If the service fails to meet a consumer guarantee or you have another refund right under applicable Australian or New Zealand consumer law, we will provide the remedy required by law. This may include a refund where appropriate.
Change of mind
We do not offer an automatic change-of-mind refund. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
How to request help
Email support@bigmoveaustralia.com with the email address used for purchase, the date and a brief description of the issue. Please do not send payment card details. We will review your request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
Payment processing
Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible. Your payment provider or bank determines when the funds appear.
